Make
in SPU's FutureCreative Giving with Real Estate
Karl Krienke taught physics and mathematics at SPU for 44 years. His wife, Reita, was an elementary and preschool teacher.
Because their modest salaries did not allow much charitable giving, they sought creative ways to help SPU financially. They used a triplex they owned to establish a unitrust that not only provides future funding for the SPU community but a supplemental retirement income for themselves.
At the end of their lifetimes, the remaining trust assets will bless the lives of students the way Karl and Reita did throughout their careers.
